My tax refund check still hasnt arrived, what could be wrong?

Turbo Tax has a deal where you can monitor the progress of your refund. Log into the website and in your account click "Track Refund." Also, refunds take a while to process more than one week. Checks come by regular USPS mail and not by ups. You can have them electronically deposited, which takes a shorter time. But, as we enter the month of March and April, returns are processed around 3 to 6 weeks time instead of January early February when it only takes a couple of weeks. Best to do your taxes as early as possible if you want a quick refund.

Because you requested a paper check, it will take some time. If you go to the website www.irs.gov , and follow the link to "Where's My Refund?" it should tell you when the check was mailed. If you don't receive it within (I think its 15 days) the allotted time, the website tells you your options. It is always faster to have it direct deposited. Open a savings account for just this purpose, for next year. Good Luck !!
