Yes, you can get pregnant, do not worry. I had a miscarriage last year, June 2009. I had to have a D&C because my body did not expel it and my doctor said that nothing should effect my chances of becoming pregnant and I can try again whenever, there is not a certain amount of time you have to wait and so now 8 months later, me and my hubby are trying once again for our third baby!! I am so excited and we are trying in my boy months. :) If it is 50/50 anyway, why not for the fun of it. I hope you get pregnant. It is still possible don't worry. Just let nature take its course and you can do things such as ovulation tests and basal body temps and check your CM. Good Luck!!!

Two of my cousin had abortions and both of them have 3 and 4 kids, so yea you can have an abortion and still give birth.

Usually, the only reason why that would happen is if there was damage done during the procedure. It is possible.

As long as it was done by a professional they shouldn't have any problems getting pregnant again.

it all depends at what stage abortion she did and how it was done. my mom had one at 19, got pregnant at 26, miscarried and got pregnant again at 30 successfully.
i dont know why anyone would actually get one though if you researched it well enough.
i guess ignorance is bliss.

If there were no complications during the procedure, then absolutely yes.
