Heya, well it's simple really. just hold the front part of the earring and hold the back with the other hand. gently twist the back and pull at the same time until the back comes off. then just pull the front out. it shouldnt bleed unless its infected, and since you said you did everything right, its probably not infected. it wont hurt. also, since its still a recent piercing, you shouldnt leave an earring out of the hole for too long so that it doesnt close up, but after a couple months it isnt really necessary to have an earring in all the time. well, thats it =) hope i helped and good luck ^-^

If possible, have someone who already has their ears pierced help you the first time you take out your earrings. They have some experience and can see what they are doing better than you can. Turn your earring until it turns easily in your ear. Then grasp the front of the earring with one hand and the back with your other hand and pull the back off. This is the most difficult part. Then take the earring out from the front of your ear and immediately put another earring in your ear. Are you sure your ears are healed enough to change your earrings? Most places recommend you wear your piercing studs for a full six weeks before removing them the first time.

twist it first. if it sticks, twist slowly until you can do a full rotation. then take two finger and put it against your ear with the stud in between them, press back with your two fingers and pull the stud out with your other hand. That'll make sure it doesnt pull too hard.
Hope this helps!
