Most people think he was real, including Jews and Muslims. The problem is, there's not one shred of contemporaneous historical documentation that proves the existence of any man named Jesus who was a miracle worker or even a self proclaimed prophet of god. Nothing. First century Palestine was well documented so it's strange how a man who supposedly walked on water, healed the sick and raised the dead was not mentioned ONCE by any of the dozens of historians living at that time. Not once.

Even most atheists don't go in for the "Jesus myth" hypothesis. Only the empty headed ones.
