For the past few weeks, when I get a message from another user, I'm unable to respond ...?
When I hit the 'Reply To This Message' link, it goes to my own profile. If I hit the message sender's profile link, it also goes to my own profile. Has anyone else had this problem? Can someone from YA please fix this?
Also, it has happened a few times that I'll go to their profile link intending to respond to the email from there, only to be told that this person doesn't exist. That happens, too.

It is possible that you have a bad cache file. Clear your history, temporary files (be patient) & cookies, then restart the computer and retry. This HELP link has instructions: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/se... .
Also, be sure you have the latest Java and Flash downloaded and are using a standard browser like IE or Firefox. If you continue to have this issue, go to the Suggestion Board and alert the staff there and see if anybody there has a work-around or a fix for you. To get to the Suggestion Board on the NEW format, click the "About" tab above the green bar at the top of the page. On the OLD format, use the link under the categories on the left side of the Home page of YA.
