please help im 13 and needs healthy info?
I'm a girl 5'8" 13 y.o. and in my 150s.
If I eat like whole wheat toast with some cheerios
Or cheerios with a price of fruit for breakfast.Water.
Then for a snack maybe some fruit or carrots
Or sunchips.
Lunch a tuna sandwich. With lite mayo. Or progresso soup.yogurt....
Water.green tea or 0 cal soda.
Snack: peach
Dinner whatever my mom or grandma cooks like
You know spegetti,bake chicken dinner,fish,baked potatoes,homade(ragular)
Meals but a small portion of it b/c its dinner.and eat dinner around 6 like always
This is my exercise 30 min of fun! Intense dance. That I started yesterday.
I dance to like black eyed peas,lady gaga,ke$ha....
And I do like popping,jumping moves (jump rope) a lot of moving and jumping.LOL
Is this good for me to lose weight.I don't need to lose a lot but I need to get my mid section,from my past (last year) weight.
Oh and when I do get to my goal can I start eating things
Like u know ice cream,pizza,comfort foods again.not all
The time though,and ill still be dancing and hopefully by summer ill be at my goal ill be more active too.

Your weight isn't very bad. I calculated your BMI, it's actually considered normal weight.
Just balance out your lifestyle. If you know you have eaten unhealthy, make sure you do more exercise than normal. The food plan you just designed sounds terrific, it meets all the food groups, and doesn't seem too fatty.
To get rid of your mid-section, try doing Ab-exercises, such as situps and crunches. Start off small, like 25-30 situps everyday. In addition, continue with your dancing, and jumprope, it will get rid of fat. Running is also an excellent exercise. If you do wish to eat comfort food, you could have some, as long as you know that you are eating healthy and exercising everyday :) But be sure to not have too much, that would be bad!

Yeah, you'll lose "weight". But it will be from muscle. NOT fat.
Not enough protein for your body weight. YOU need 150 grams per day.
Not enough fats for your body weight. YOU need 120 calories minimum from healthy fats
Too high of a ratio of carbs versus your protein/fats
Too low over all calories.
At 150 lbs,with fat loss as your goal, you need to eat 1300-1500 calories.
When you get lean, you can have cheat foods BUT you can't go back to your old way of eating or you'll gain the weight back.

Yeah that should be good i'd run aswell if you're really determined 30mins every other day. You can eat things to a degree yeah not all the time but if you still dance and you run and eat well you can of course cheat.
