Try using sparkly dark gray, white, and skin colour eyeshadows. The white eyeshadow goes near the inner corners of your eyes, up to your crease. The gray goes on the outer corner of your eyes below your crease and on your lower lashline. The sparkly nude eyeshadow goes above your crease. Use black eyeliner right above your upper lashline and on your waterline (the damp spot above your lower lashline). Apply mascara and the rest of your makeup. I hope i'm accurate enough, good luck!

Ooh that's pretty. I'll list some different products that can be used for this look, and you can use anything similar
You'll need:
A highlight (any eyeshadow color that's a little lighter than your skin tone)
Black pencil eyeliner (MAC liner in Carbon would be perfect)
Urban Decay eyeshadows in Gunmetal and Oil Slick
Any good black mascara
So first thing you do is prime your lids so that the color doesn't fade. Then apply the highlight color all over your lids and up to your brow bone. Then apply Gunmetal on just the lid area and drag it up slightly to the brow but don't bring it up too far. Then apply Oil Slick on the OUTER side of the lid. Don't go too high... your staying CLOSE TO YOUR LASH LINE. Then apply thin black eyeliner on top... then on your waterline. Apply black mascara and false lashes if you want.
That's it =]

Hi there,
First of all prime your eyes using a primer/base.
I recommend urban decay primer potion.
Then line your upper and lower waterline using a pencil, also line the inner corners of your eyes.
Apply a black eyeshadow started from about half way in, making the line thicker as you get to the outer v. blend it out. Then apply a grey/silver shadow above that color and blend it in.
Apply a black gel or liquid liner along the upper lash line thickening the lline as it goes out to the outer v. Use a black shadow and line the bottom lash line to half way it. Blend it out.
Curl your lashes and apply black mascara.
Hope this helps =) x

sounds like: pores and skin: Sheer foundation and cream blush for a dewy and flushed seem; little or no powder. you opt for that delicate, moist high quality, no longer a matte, powdery seem. Eyebrows: nicely groomed. it quite is recommended to to fill yours in slightly with powder or pencil to cause them to stand out extra, yet be careful. Eyes: Curl lashes and use a dramatic lengthening and thickening black or dark brown (relies upon on your hair colour) mascara. once you're going out at night, you're able to even opt to objective pretend lashes. Softly smudge a copper cream eyeshadow onto top lids. Then line the top lids particularly heavily with a black eyeliner, and intensely gently line the indoors rims of the decrease lashes with the comparable eyeliner. Lips: Use a cream end rose lipstick, and perfect with a dab of lip gloss.

its actually pretty simple.
Shes using a dull color, black/grey, to make her blue eyes look more vibrant.
so for brown eyes you should do the oposite
Use a bright color, Such as a minty turquise color insead of black to make a dull color eye look more "popping"
thats going to give your eyes a brighter look.
the eye liner, Mint by MAC is a great color for brown eyes and it would really go great with this look.
When you get a chance go to a mac counter and ask for a sample. and besides, its free.
Source(s): I own Mint by mac and i have a eye for color.
