I retain body heat really well.?
I retain body heat really well and I sweat a lot when I play sports, it's not stinky sweat, but it is higher then average. During the winter I rarely get cold and in the summer I get super hot super easy. What causes this? And is it something I should be concerned about?

no doctor can give you a completely sound answer without some basic bloodwork. However, it is most likely that you are young and competitive, and that you have a high metabolism. There is not likely to be anything wrong with you. My next question would be about your diet and your sleep pattern. If you have further questions, an internist would be most able to help you after some basic bloodwork.
-If you go see someone, you might ask about your thyroid hormones, but even if you are slightly hyperthyroid, there isnt necesserily an indication for treatment. The bottom line is that if you're happy with your body, there is probably not a reason to change anything.

I wouldn't be concerned, some people just sweat more than others. if you are worried, you should just ask your doctor :)
