Is there really such a thing as a waterproof leather shoe?
I just got a new pair of shoes and they advertise on the box as "waterproof". They are also leather. If I step in mud (wet where I live), and then go to clean them off, will they still be ok? Normally leather is NOT supposed to get wet. Any help? Thanks!

Just to make double sure they are water-proof I would spray them with Scotchgard by 3M. It is in a white can with black & red lettering. Usually located in the cleaning aisle of any grocery store. Hope this answers your question. Goos Luck!!
