What has been your experience with shotgun adapters?

What companies make these, which ones are the best values? I am especially interested in the 20 gauge to .22 adapter.

I have not had any experience with the particular adapter that you are describing, however, I have used cartridge adapters for other rifle and shotgun caliber/gauges with good luck. Usually the biggest problem with them is feeding issues.

For more info, here is a good article:

Though I've never used them, the "barrel" of the adapter is pretty short so I think accuracy would suffer at a fairly short distance. Sighting the gun may pose a little problem also. Your basically shooting a derringer length gun out of a full barrel. I'd guess it would be somewhat quieter than a regular .22 rifle.
