With the recent devastating earthquakes, what are the chances of an inter-plate earthquake?

Curious if the Haiti and Chile earthquakes might affect the chances of inter-plate earthquakes, such as New Madrid.

    It is unlikely that the probability of an intraplate quake would be influenced by these other quakes.
