Grading Jr. High Reports.?

I have given an assignment in Health for a 3 page report. What are some criteria should I use for grading them?

This is my first year teaching.

    Length, of coarse.

    Grammer.

    Organization/Structure.

    Citations.

    Factual?

    I'm a high school student, and all my teachers go by approx. the same guidelines.

    2.how well they followed instructions

    3. rather they included enough stuff

    4.factual

    5. how well written it is as a whole

    6. grammar

    7. rather they used politically correct terms
