R&P: In your opinion...?

It seems like classic rock does, but that may just be because most of the "regs" are classic rock fans, and they're around here the most. I think it's probably 60% classic rock/metal, 30% modern rock/metal, and 10% pop. Just estimates..

I'd say its about even. And I prefer to keep that tranquility.

BQ: I like both modern and classic rock. To me, anything that sounds good and is rock is good rock. I don't see why people actually avoid trying out new music (classic or modern) just because they want to keep their image as either a classic or modern fan.

I like everybody from Led Zeppelin to Jimmy Eat World, from Aerosmith to Green Day, from AC/DC to the White Stripes.

To be honest, I prefer the 90's over any other decade of rock.

There's about an equal amount...and lots of people on here like both classic rock and modern rock like I do. But now that I think about it, there are more classic rock fans.

BA1: I like both! Both have great bands in their eras and if I like a band, I like it regardless of what year they came out.

Even if someone asks a question about modern music, some classic-rock-only douchebag comes on there saying "AC/DC AND LED ZEPPELIN IN THE GREATEST." It gets old.

I think modern rock fans take over more of the section. I myself am a fan of both types.

Depending on how you look at it...Classic Rock fans, I think, answer more; and Modern Rock fans ask more. At least I've always seen more "LYK WHAT UR SOME BANDZ LYK NICKELBACKZ" questions and "Led Zeppelin is my favorite band" answers than vice-versa. 0_o

modern rock takes over

i like both but it really depends what kind of modern rock, i like indie the most, but i think i listen to classic rock more, especially classic psychedelic
