Achy legs for 4 days?
My legs have been bothering me for the last 4 days.
the pain varies from my thigh to my shins to my knees basically my whole leg. it feels like a weak leg, not sure how to explain the pain i get.
additionally they don't bother me (as much) during physical activities like running, walking, sports.
i didn't pull a muscle (to my understanding) or do anything weird to my legs. They hurt the most when i stay in one position for a long time. and they are the worst when im lying down.
i have tried stretching, but it seemed to have increase the amount of pain. i get enough calcium, but i'm adding more to my diet.
any ideas what could be the problem?
if you need any more information just say so
i didn't hurt them though

If you run and play sports often, or you stepped wrong, you may have given yourself shin splints. Which have nothing to do with the strength of your bones, but with strain in the muscles. During track I pulled a thigh muscle and then acquired shin splints when I pushed myself too hard after I was able to run again, which put me for the last two weeks of the season.
You may have compressed the joints in your legs and that is causing you the pain. There are many things that could be the issue.
I recommend going to see your doctor, especially since it's lasted 4 days, and he/she will definitely be able to tell you what's up.

This is probably far reaching, but I get the same symptoms when I have a herpes outbreak. Don't freak out and assume you have herpes. But DO go to your family doctor and get a workout. You could be deficient in certain vitamins, minerals, anemic, diabetic. There are too many things it could be. Also, it depends on your age. Are you still growing? Are you elderly? It could even be something as dangerous as a clot....Go see a doctor. Best wishes!
