What 2 schools will the Pac 10 add to their conference? Will they come from the four pacific coast States?
Colorado State? Utah? BYU? Boise State? .. some other Mountain West or WAC team? Could they possibly steal a Big 12 school? What other conference are candidates to lose a school to the Pac 10?
How will the conference or conferences which lose two teams react?
.. to the first answerer - the commissioner of the Pac-10 has been on talk radio shows and stated they are exploring adding two teams ... it's not "official" but it's going to happen - there is too much money at stake - the Big 10 is about to do it, the ACC did it a few years back - they want to be able to split the conference into two divisions and have a football conference championship game ... the question now is - how soon and, what schools? I'm sure they'd love to have Gonzaga for the basketball program but they probably are not a candidate - unless they have a high calibre football program I am not aware of. So what schools with both football and basketball, which make geographic sense, are candidates - and which schools do YOU think will end up in the Pac-10 ?

yes if they was to add 2 teams sometime they would have to look outside coastal states of Cal/Wash/Ore... Ariz in not considered a coastal state because they don't have a coastline
i could see them adding BYU ..Boise St. an outside possibilty is Texas
