I'm sorry...I hope it works out!

EDIT: I reviewed it and I found a cruise that does allow pets onboard.
Cunard Line is the Only Company Which Permits Dogs and Cats at Sea
Most passengers on board Cunard's Queen Mary 2 are unaware that on Deck 12, there's a luxury kennel with space for 12 dogs and cats.
The kennel is not used by rich dilettantes who can't bear to be parted from their precious pooches, but for more practical reasons, by the many passengers who are relocating, taking a long vacation or commuting between their various homes in the USA and Europe.
Have a look at the link below where I obtained this information. It also has a lot more information that you may want to look at:

Service pets only is my understanding. And yes pet care is expensive, so calculate that cost in when you plan your cruise.
If Cunard allows pets like the previous posted stated you would also have to pay to transport the dog to the ship and possibly additional costs as well.

Only Cunard cruise lines have pet kennels. But you can not take your pet to your cabin and they are very strict to only one area. Pay the money for a dog sitter is best. I have one that stays in my house, so she waters my plants, brings in my mail and watches my dog, all for $15 a day.

Highly unlikely - every country has different quarantine rules andd on your return to the UK puppy would have to go into quarantine for 6 weeks anyway.
Ooops that should say 6 months
