Can my title and thesis statement be the same in my research paper?
Well first off can you have a question as a thesis statement? The title of my research paper is "Is A Change Really Coming?" and I also think it could work well as my thesis statement. Can someone help me?

I don't think that a question would work as a thesis. Our teacher taught us that it should state what we are going to discuss in the next few paragraphs, and it should be arguable (and a question isn't really arguable. You can argue that the answer to the question is "yes" or "no", but you can't really argue that the question itself is wrong).
For your thesis, I think you should either argue that yes, a change is coming, or no, a change is not coming.
Hope this helps! =)
