What is a good highlighter?

I'm looking for a highlighter that I can easily highlight my cheekbones with, because that makes your cheeks look thinner, right? Thanks. Products names and links are greatly appreciated!

    This is good: http://www.maccosmetics.ca/templates/products/sp.t...

Highlighting does not make the cheeks appear thinner, it brings the focus to them. If you want to make your cheeks appear thinner I'd suggest using bronzer softly down your cheekbones; the darker colour will detract the eye from them.

no it actually brings them out you want a contour

you can either use a matte bronzer but if you have very fair skin it will look very orange i would buy a taupe color eyeshadow and use it as a contour

youtube videos on how to contour cheek bones

after you contour i would highlight anyways

and you can use shimmer or matte for the highlight

MAC makes a highlight lotion but www.eyeslipsface.com has an amazing nude color shimmer highlighter that i love for $1 and you can go wrong with that price

Actually bronzers help as well. If you put it right under your cheekbones, it makes them look highlighted.

go to youtube and search for Kandee Johnson

to highlight is to make your features pop - for this you can use a bronzer or shell by MAC

and to counture is to make your face more deeper and dimensional, you put it under your cheekbone and side of nose and temples - for this chose a darker concealer than you natural skin color

♦It only appears thinner if you apply them correctly. Have you even seen chubby cheeks appear bigger because of the blush?

♦I would recommend bronzer around your jaw line and temples. It really depends on your face shape to determine where to apply it.
