My computer plays the 360p and 480p videos just fine. But the video stutters when I try to play 720p HD videos.
I have a fast connection speed. I think my computer used to play HD videos just fine.

It's either you need a faster internet connection or the computer has a hard time keeping up with flash. Flash is very intensive, and some computers have a hard time keeping up. Try and not have too many programs running at the same time. And adding more memory should help.
