Use Craig's List for the community that you are in. I use it all the time for that kind of thing -- like when I drove to Florida from NJ, I advertised for a passenger to split the cost of gas and tolls. It saved me 1/2 of what it would have cost me otherwise. I got 4 responses and had my choice. It worked well.
Posting is free and you can advertise every day to keep it current. Just save the ad and re-post in the morning if this is an ongoing service.
Now here is a problem: Do you have a rider on your insurance policy because if you have an accident, and they discover you were using the car for a business, you won't be paid which means you will be sued--big time.
