that is like tribal art, butterflies, and lady bugs... everyone gets those for their first tattoos!!

be very original and get something with meaning..

are you getting a tiger just becuase it looks cool or does it have a meaning behind it? if it has a meaning i would say go for it, otherwise, be more creative!!

remember, i know you have though about it but it really doesnt hit you until you get one done.. they are on you for the rest of your life!!! gets something that you will really appreciate!!

Here's what I suggest: do a little research on symbolism that has both meaning to you and that you find aesthetically pleasing. Then talk to a tattoo artist about it and see how to make it into something artistic and unique.

I think that people who get tattoos just for the meaning -- typically script -- end up with ugly looking tattoos, and those who get tattoos solely for the look of them -- often tribal -- end up regretting them.

I like tribal tattoos, but they can look SO gross if they're too thick, too big, too solid or whatever, so if you really think over your design and go to a really good tattoo place tribal could look really good, but be careful! x

Tigers and other japanese style art would be nice, but keep in mind to choose something with meaning to you, don't just get something because you want to look cool
