How do I open the fuel door on a 2010 Ford Mustang?

I feel like a real retard asking this, but I have looked everywhere. Is there a release inside the cabin somewhere?

Try pushing on the fuel door so it clicks open. At least that's how the newer BMW's work. Since it's a late model vehicle I think their might be a chance it works the same.

Good luck. And hey, that's what these forums are for.

The fuel door and trunk release should both be on the floor in the driver's seat area right in front of the left front portion of the seat bracket.

If it is not there, I would suggest checking out your owner's manual, as it will have all the pertinent information required to properly operate/maintain your vehicle.

Yeah, first thing to do when you buy a new car is read the owner's manual. Only has about 200 pages, 150 which are readable, and there's only like a paragraph on each page. Then you'll know just about everything you car comes with. At least that's what I always do.

There is usually a switch in front or just to the left of the drivers seat.
