Blue dress for a short girl? [details!]?
I asked a question yesterday about what kind of dresses a 17 year old supershort girl should wear. Someone answered with an amazing dress, but I accidently deleted the question.
It was short, royal blue. It wasn't rufflely. It had kind of a square/sweetheart neckline with straight up straps kind of like a cami or a bra. It also had a tie/clasp/buckle thing in the middle
Any thoughts of the type of dress it might have been?
