Christians, which part of the bible (old and new) do you secretly think, 'yeah, sure. As if'?

And don't you smarmy atheists just write 'all of it', or words to that effect. Because, like Dur!.

    Most of it.

I find the Bible to be an interesting collection of tales, written by many different men and interpreted (or misinterpreted) by both the translators and the adherents of the beliefs therein.

The Bible has some historical fact and people, but is frequently colored by the prejudices, superstitions, fantasies and even hallucinations of the writers. Most of the time it's pathetic, some of the time it's very amusing, and other times it appears downright evil to me.

Others can believe as they like; and so can I.

  • If one takes the time to go back in history before Adam and Eve, they will learn that much of the Bible was copied from stories before their time. Great civilizations were recorded in cuneiform tablets dating back 3-4,000 years before. Does make one wonder!

But, all in all - the Lord God above does prevail! :D

    Peace and Blessings
