Does anyone know a safe, non-invasive way of getting rid of gallstones?
An ultrasound shows lots of little stones in my gall bladder, and I have had 4 horrible 'attacks' over the past 6 weeks- Feels like I'm having a heat attack!
My GP wants me to have my gall bladder removed, but I am totally against this unless there is absolutely no other way.
I've read about some remedies involving lots of apple juice, and another where you drink olive oil and lemon juice.
Has anyone had any success with these remedies, or can someone help with another effective, non-invasive way of dissolving or expelling the stones.
Please don't just tell me to have the surgery.
Thanks.

I thought that I was OK about this, but clearly I'm not- I feel like crap.
I am returning to work for two days a week- essentially for financial reasons.
The day care centre is Rudolf Steiner based, and everyone is lovely- my daughter has enjoyed attending playgroup and two half days with me, so I'm not worried about the care she will receive.
Is it normal to feel this bad- I'm crying, can't sleep and feel like vomiting, and I'm not usually prone to melodramatics?
Has anyone returned to work only to realise that they made a mistake?

My partner- an adolescent in the 80's, believes this song was about masturbation. Is this true, or just another sad, wet dream?
