Will a 16tooth Cog work with 44t-48tooth crankset?(Fixie Rider)?

I have a 16tooth Cog on my fixie

I play to buy new crankset and Don't want to buy wrong crankset.

will 44t work with 16tooth cog?

will 46t work with 16tooth cog?

and 48t?

    It will definitely work. Just make sure that the crankset matches your chain and cog ie. 3/32 or 1/8".

    How many teeth on the crankset will be a matter of preference for you or how hilly it is where you ride. You can use this online gear calculator to help you figure out what the different combinations will get you: http://sheldonbrown.com/gears/
