I understand the $15 part, I'm curious does anyone know the tax added to the 15?

Recently bought an 98 honda accord. Mileage is 191k. Previous owner took real good care of it. I been driving it for 3weeks. Runs funny and maybe its time to replace something in engine to help the car run better like it was new maybe.

There classic track drop and normal ones.

You know where you put your hand normally it drops sooner than other drop bars.

what difference in riding around on road?
