How do I clean my hat?
I just have normal Black Cap from the Store "Lids"
Around the hat there is white line going around the hat.
my friend said it's the salt from the sweat, yah I sweat when wearing because im biking.
I need suggestions,ideas on how to clean my hat and without losing it's shape.
I read you put in dishwasher top rack and use those metal/plastic thingy to keep your hat in shape.
can i put that in the dishwasher without the hat shape holder?

Do like I do, when my cap needs to be fine tuned, I take a bath instead of a shower, take the cap in my hands, apply some shampoo, brush the cap with a hand/finger brush, rinse the cap in fresh water, and hang it on the faucet to drip dry. The next morning the cap is dry and ready to go. The cap will keep its shape and look great.

Don't know for sure. But I have heard you can just was then on the top rack in the dishwasher. I am going to try it soon as I have a few caps that are dirty. I will try it first with some of the caps I don't care as much about.
