What is the transmission power and bandwidth of ADSL2+?

I'm trying to work out my maximum transmission rate.

Update:

My line is currently extremly noisy, so I'm only getting an actual transmisison rate of about 2000kbps. I'm trying to work out exactly how much noise there is given that.

    I am not sure although usually your provider will cap your connection before you reach the max of the technology's throughput.
