Running in Huarache Running Sandals?

As a long distance runner, would you advise in running, say 26.2 miles in Huarache sandals? I've found barefoot running to be beneficial. Support answers.

I don't see why not. If you've been barefoot running for a while now, you should be alright. If the Tamahumara tribe in Mexico can do 100-mile+ trail ultraraces in them, you could easily do a marathon.

You should be a pretty healthier person before trying to run any kind of long-distance without shoes since your body is not trained to this type of operating, it will have to be taken gradually. When first beginning to run with Xerox Footwear pay interest to the bottoms of you, do not do more than your bottoms can take, it is important to crack these footwear in slowly.
