Pug 206 Airbag light?

I hit a pothole quite hard the other day, it screwed up my tracking which I've had re-done, but the airbag light is on while driving.

How expensive is this likely to be?

Do I have any comeback against the local council or whoever?

    had you reported the fault to the council before the incident? if not you have no chance.

    Could be a simple loose wire but do not touch it yourself - the air bag could go off causing injury.

    Go yo a garage.

    if your in uk a you can will be able to reset it by a local garage

    could be a bad sensor.
