OMG! I am so sad for you. It is a shame that you have such low self esteem. I know it's hard to be 15 and all the fashion magazines show size 2 girls. Guess what, what you see in a magazine is not real. It is airbrushed and fake. You are the exact weight you should be for your height! You are NOT fat. Be happy with you who are. God created us all different sizes for a reason. Otherwise we would all look the same. I know how you feel, all your friends are size 2 or 4 but they are not you. You will see this when you go away to college or get married. You are beautiful the way you are. You don't need to lose weight. You are the healthiest of all your friends. I know you can't understand it now, but when you get older and you all split up and go your own way you will realize what a wonderful person you really are just the way you are. What you need is to feel good about yourself, your accomplishments and who you are as a person. Your weight does not define you. Your personality does. Please believe me, as a nurse you are the correct weight for your height.

    FAT!?!?!?

are you crazy? that's definitely not fat, that's actually on the thin side of normal, i'm 5"8 and 132 pounds, and I'm normal sized, and only an inch taller then you and 4-6 pounds heavier then you.

    Believe me You are FINE!

Anyone who says you are fat should be in a Strait Jacket and put into a mental institution. Your size is atually the ideal height and weight, you even have room for a couple of pounds, but if I were you I would simply maintain your current height and weight. No more, no less.

Personally I'd lose about 15 - 20 pounds, but you are currently at a normal weight by medical standards. So you are not fat.

That's a healthy weight for that height. If you want a flatter stomach do some sit ups and ab crunches. If you can strengthen your stomach muscles your metabolism will work faster which means you don't have to worry about what your eating all the time. Please don't go the anorexic way starving yourself and eating low cal, low fat everything, you'll just end up tired and weak all the time.

You are not fat at all, so don't think or say that.

If you want to stay healthy, just do some basic cardio workouts, such as jogging or biking in your neighborhood. Or, join a sports team at your school. That's a great way to stay in shape and have fun.
