for me both are good...
the cove hits a spot in your hart that makes you mad about what they are doing
food inc just go's to show that money can buy the goverment. and makes you think about where your food comes from......even tho really we dont care cause its cheap and tastes nice.....

The cove made me very sad for those baby dolphins. The saddest part was watching that little dolphin squirting blood as he was trying to swim away for his life! Food inc on the other hand made me want to buy top quality meats from local cattle farms. I live in rock springs Wyoming and their are many top quality beef companies around. I personally liked food inc better because it made me realize that every animal, no matter dolphin, cow, chicken, or tuna they are all mistreated.
