How man calories would be burn from this? 10 points for best answer?
I just got back from a 2 mile run. i weigh 200, im 16, male,and it took 15 mintues all together. but remember though i ran on some pretty ragged roads curvy and 4 decent sized hills with it soo all in all not a bad run. also didnt take any breaks. if you can please just figure out the first 2 sentences. ty

You would have burned 350 to 390 calories. Considering there were some hills, ragged roads and you didn't take breaks.

around 250 I would say. I run 1 mile on a treadmill in 7:40 and burn 100 calories. You burned anywhere from 250-350 depending on steepness of hills. But I think that if you went up a hill, you came back down, so they may have equaled out. I am pretty sure with around 300 calories.

i became the shorter, plumper female. i'd been about 100 ninety, 2 hundred, maximum of my man or woman existence. and that i met my objective, ten weeks previous to schedule. And feeling empowered, i desirous to drop even decrease. I by no skill imagined that i'd be 100 twenty 5 pounds, and move from a length 18 to a length 2.

It mainly depends on your weight, but they say you loose about under 100 calories a mile average
