How much does it cost to have a dog put down and cremated?

It cost me £180 but she was a large rottweiler and I asked for her ashes back. Thats what cost the most. Is your dog insured? If so it shouldn't cost anything if she is ill. Otherwise I'd say about £50 but thats just my vet. Each one varies.

My dog was put to sleep before christmas 2009 it cost me 170 pounds altogether with euthanasia plus cremation my vet arranged all of it then the dogs ashes were put into a wooden box which i collected

Our vet does not charge to euthanize a dog. When they have cared for the dog its whole life, this one last visit to the vets office is always free for their clients. It is very kind and considerate of our vet to do this, as it is so stressful to have to go through with a loved pet.

The last dog I had cremated was a 73# Greyhound, that I had to put to sleep due to advanced bone Cancer. It cost me about $125.00 to have him cremated.

A friend of mine said she paid 500 dollars to have her dog cremated.

nothing in uk if you dont have the money , no vet will leave an animal to suffer..

i would pay if i had a pet that needed to be put down. my daughters cat was old and in obvious pain. i took it to pets r us. i said it wasnt mine . could they deal with it and they did . it was riddled with cancer and the vet put it to sleep with no charge to me. well done to pets r us.
