Possibly the UK - there were some inane news articles last week citing Britain no longer being an "ally" of the US, which is meaningless rhetoric.
As of a couple of days ago, possible Japan when the NY Times broke the story of the secret Cold War treaties between the US and Japan...this was pretty recent though, and there hasn't been any political fallout yet

I'd say it is more likely to be Turkey because the House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee passed a resolution recognizing the Armenian Genocide.
