Is there a pay-as-you-go cell phone & plan that has web?

I'd like to have a cell phone w/ web access (and not just the carriers site) but I don't know how much I'll use it so I'd like to start with a no-contract, pay-as-you-go phone and plan.

I'm in the USA (WI).

Internet access via WiFi when available would be a super-bonus, but I think that's to much to hope for.

    Verizon has a plan that for quite a few money an afternoon, enables you to have limitless nights and weekends. i do no longer think of it has limitless textual content cloth, however the textual content cloth fee is quite low priced, from as low as 2 cents in line with msg.
