Needs assessment for anxiety?
I'm suffering from anxiety and I need to go for a needs assessment soon. What does this involve?
OK i'll rephrase it. I AM going for a needs assessment test and I want to know what it involves. I dont want to know anything about medication, home remedies or anything like that. I just want a straight forward answer to the question.

It is an evaluation with you of the symptoms you are experiencing to determine if you require medication or therapy or nothing to treat it. You can't fail this test. It is a placement test not an intelligence test! You do need to know whether your anxiety needs treatment and if so, what kind ... right?

Some places have you fill out a computer questionnaire that is like a tablet and then they plug it into the main and it helps them see what you are feeling....
