What's with that Where the Wild Things Are movie?
I mean, every time I see the preview, it pisses me off. That's the weirdest looking stuff I've seen. Has anyone seen it and thinks it's a good movie? Why?

Yes its a beautiful movie, because the monsters actions and attitudes depict those of the little boy and the real life trouble he goes through. its sad but awesome cause it makes u feel young at heart

The book gives it some credibility.
However, I like the book a lot better. It really portrays the theme more efficiently.
But I've never liked a movie better than it's book so maybe i'm biased.

It's great, it's one of the best movies of 2009. It looks that way to mimic the characters of the children's book of the same title. That was my favorite book as a child and to see a movie do it justice was excellent.
