You cannot lose your salvation.
"The gifts and calling of God are beyond repentance." (Romans 11:29)
When God gives you a gift He can not take it back.
God knows the things you are going to do before you do them,so If
knowing what you are going to say or do in advance, why give it to you
when He knows He will take it back someday anyway.
If God were to take your salvation back that would mean that He made a
mistake of giving it to you in the first place, and God doesn't make mistakes.
Can you imagine in the 2,000 yrs since salvation has been rendered how many
mistakes He would have made? God doesn't have "Ooops" in His vocabulary,
so don't worry about it.

"Every sin or blasphemy can be forgiven - except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, which can never be forgiven". (Mat 12:31)
Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is the unforgivable sin. The reason it is unforgivable is because it reflects a settled, hardhearted attitude of defiant hostility toward God. A person who has that attitude will never come to God for forgiveness - so such a sin is unforgivable.

None whatsoever. Salvation is ETERNAL.
EDIT: Once you are saved, you are saved ETERNALLY. There will be no blasphemy of the Holy Spirit because the Holy Spirit lives within you. How do you blasphemy that which lives within you? And, once you are truly born again, there is NO way you would reject the one who seals you upon salvation...
Ephesians 4:30
Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

If one is truly saved ,They should have a desire to Do the will of God and the former things are passed away. One can back slide but,God will chastise that person till that person stops doing what they were doing. John 10:28 " And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand."

The bible says only blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is unforgivable. Although exactly what this means is debatable.

You could always take the Blasphemy Challenge, that might do the trick.

Neither. The only thing that can keep one from accepting the salvation Jesus offers is not wanting the salvation. Thanks for asking.
