Latin "Conjuntions" PLEASE HELP--Easy Points--?

1. B. "Et...et" means "both..and", and you want the plural for "sunt clari" ("est" would be just talkin;' about one guy!)

2. A. I THINK... It was between A and B for me, but "navigo" is present (right?), so can't use it

3. D. "Neque..neque" means "neither...nor"

4. C. (pretty sure) The word for "many" has to describe the Romans, not the statues

5. D.... "aut...aut" is "either...or"

Graeme The whole system is a farce and should be boycotted. The problem is that YA revolves around points and popularity system and that in itself is it's main downfall. I don't think I need to tell you this, but there is in reality no 'correct' answer to any question on YA. You could give the best possible answer and links to support it, only to be thumbed down or reported, because everyone's enterpretation of 'correct' answer is extremely different. That automatically makes your opinion invalid despite your best intentions or your knowledge on any given subject. Then there are hordes of clans in different categories who do nothing but give thumbs up to each other, as well as choosing the best answer given by their best buddies. The answer could be totally irrelevant dribble, yet the best answer given will be the one posted by their buddy. And have you ever seen someone get a 'Top' Contributor in 2 weeks time only to be caught out by the most basic question?? I have. For example, you only have to hang out at Current Events or Computers & Internet to realise that something is seriously wrong. I been watching this going on for months now. Taking it further, I found certain members using as many as 5 or more different accounts in order to gain points on their main account. All in a name of 'Top' Contributor. Everytime I brought this issue up I get accused of jealosy. I really could not care less how many points I gain at the end of the day. There are plenty of other forums and blogs where I am not influenced in order to express my opinion just because of other people's actions. But as soon as you mention what actually goes on here, you get eaten alive by the so called ''popular regulars'' who would not stop at anything to discredit you for reasons only known to them. YA obviously lacks active moderation, since the moderation is left up to the members. Therefore realistically you can report anyone for almost anything, with YA doing very little work to distinguish whether the report was actually valid. Yet some people continue getting away with it due to their 'Top' Contributor tag. YA is nothing like forums or blogs where action can only be taken if the user ACTUALLY violated T&C and where the offence is ACTUALLY investigated immediately and in full by an active moderator. This is one of the reasons why this place is overran by trolls who continue coming back. 'Easy 10 Points' for best answer is just the bottom of this endless pit to be honest. YA is well overdue for a serious overhaul. I just hope they wake up to that fact.
