Possibly you bought a lemon, But lets see what we can find out, is there a battery light on? or check engine light? Could have a an alternator issue and a battery issue. I would recommend taking it to the shop to findout the problem.
Good Luck.

First, you ought to make certain if it rather is a mechanical or an electric difficulty. whilst the starter maintains to be engaged, does it disengage whilst the small cord on the left area of the solenoid is got rid of? If it does, the start cord from the swap to the solenoid is staying at 12 volts. If it does not disengage, examine for 12 volts on the starter area of the solenoid (great cable to starter) - if it is warm, the solenoid is junk. If there is not any longer 12 volts there, the starter isn't disengaging robotically from the flywheel - it rather is in many circumstances brought about by using the incorrect starter application, a foul starter stress, misalignment or a heavily the tooth broken flywheel.
