I've been getting pins and needles in my left hand and foot and I don't know what it's from. Any ideas?

I think what you are reffering to is when your limbs "fall asleep" or become "numb". If that's it, then it's because you cut off some of the blood circulation, like maybe you were propped up against your hand watching TV for a long time, or in a stiff position for hours ata time. It's not a big deal, just angle your hand or foot down, so the blood can rush down; it'll fell hot, but it should be better in a minute.

Or, you could have low blood pressure; you could also have a muscle soreness that needs to be treated. Or RLS (restless leg syndrome). Go to your doc if you are really worried or you know for sure it's not the first one.
