Spaghetti and meatballs easy crockpot style

1 large (2lb 13oz) Jar Spaghetti sauce (like Ragu or Prego)

    8-10 frozen meatballs

    1 package spaghetti noodles

Pour spaghetti sauce in, set for low 8 hours. I prefer to add the meatballs about 2 hours before serving, but they can be put in when sauce is put in and still comes out great. Cook noodles before serving. The longer cooking enhances the seasonings that are already in the jar.

Variations I do to change it up:

Add 1 C. Chedder cheese while I cook the noodles

minced garlic or garlic powder to taste when adding sauce

1/2 onion, chopped when adding sauce

1 lb hamburger, browned instead of meatballs (I usually add this with the sauce when I do it)

Corned beef brisket. Put the corned beef brisket in the crockpot, sprinkle the little seasoning pack over it, add a couple quartered red onions, a couple wedged potatoes, a small handful of peppercorns, about 5 cups of water and a light beer. Cover and cook all day on high. It'll be so tender and will just fall apart. It's great.
