worried im pregnant. please help?

im worried i may be pregnant, im only 16 and im not using any BC. i know it was stupid of me to have unprotected sex so no lectures please. he did not *** inside me although i know about the pre***.

thing is, i tried to calculate my ovulation dates, but as im young my periods haven't settled and i don't have a regular period. also i really cant remember the date of my period in feb, as i don't keep track.

ive had a small amount of light pink spotting, and light pink discharge a few days after intercourse, does this mean im pregnant or could it be something else?

also ive been having feelings quite like my period.

another point being, i am quite small build and ive been very stressed lately from school, does this mean i may have lower chances of being pregnant?

im really scared and am really frightened to need to take a pregnancy test.

    REALLY?!?!?!

Is it SO difficult to put on a condom?!!

Pull out and Pray is NOT Birth Control.

That is how you get pregnant.

Go get a test. If its negative test again in 2 weeks and then again in 2 weeks.

    START USING CONDOMS.

    You're not stupid.

And it CAN and WILL happen to you.

Sometimes you can get implantation bleeding which can be a sign of pregnancy, Although this onlu occurs in 20% of women,

I have been in your position before, im the same age as you, And i know how it feels. Just try not to worry about it i know thats easier said than done but stress can delay your period alot!

Some suggestions would be to take a pregnancy test 19 days after you had unprotected sex if you are unsure of when your period is, And if you are pregnant, i know the doctor can give out abortion pills which may be an option because you are young,I dont know if it would be kept from your parents or not though. Im not sure if you agree with that or not but just a suggestion. Good luck!

I think the best thing to do that will make you feel better is to just bite the bullet and take a pregnancy test. It will feel like the longest 3-4 minutes of your life but it's worth it to know what your body is going through instead of stressing. Also, I've been told many times that stress can hold your period off as well which will only make you stress out more! My advice is to go buy a pregnancy test.... and perhaps some condoms so you don't have to go through this again!!

Stress and worry can often lead to your period being delayed. You can do two things. Either just wait a couple more weeks and hope your period turns up or take the test. The test however will only work properly if you take it when your period is due. If you take it too early it will come up negative whether you are pregnant or not.

Keeping everything crossed for you! x

And even though you don't want the lecture - LET IT BE A LESSON!! ;)

You have low chances of being pregnant because the light pink discharge usually means that you are going to get your period. But you should take a pregnancy test just in case. I've never taken one before so I wouldn't no why you would be scared. I hope the best for you!

firstly try not to stress too much as stress can cause your periods to be delayed.

as your periods are not regular i would suggest if you have not had one in the next week or so then take a visit to your doctor.

as you are 16 your parents will not need to be told.

hopefully your doctor will do a test to see if you are or not.

when you have the result and assuming you are then it is then a case of making a big decision on what you want to do.

i am assumingyou dont want to be, so i hope you get the result you want.

this should be a lesson to you about the importance of being careful and while you are at the doctors talk to them about different forms of contraception.

You may, plan B is not 100% effective, but if taken within 24 hours (even though it can be taken within 72 hours) maximizes it's effectiveness to the full degree. I would say with him pulling out, the condom still being on, and you having plan B within 24 hours your chances are very slim. Meanwhile, put this in the back of your mind. Think about other things, get yourself busy and get your mind off it. And don't have sex. Then if you miss your next period (which you should have one right about now, right? This one will be normal and if you are pregnant you would normally have this one. Wait until the end of next month. If you miss the one at the end of next month...) take a test.

Well first of all you should not be afraid to take a pregnancy test. They are not scary and dont hurt.

Below are some signs to show you are pregnant Implantation Bleeding:

Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping.

Other Explanations: Actual menstruation, altered menstruation, changes in birth control pill, infection, or abrasion from intercourse.

    Delay/Difference in Menstruation:

A delayed or missed menstruation is the most common pregnancy symptom leading a woman to test for pregnancy. When you become pregnant, your next period should be missed. Many women can bleed while they are pregnant, but typically the bleeding will be shorter or lighter than a normal period.

Other Explanations: Excessive weight gain/loss, fatigue, hormonal problems, tension, stress, ceasing to take the birth control pill, or breast-feeding.

    Swollen/Tender Breasts:

Swollen or tender breasts is a pregnancy symptom which may begin as early as 1-2 weeks after conception. Women may notice changes in their breasts; they may be tender to the touch, sore, or swollen.

Other Explanations: Hormonal imbalance, birth control pills, impending menstruation (PMS) can also cause your breasts to be swollen or tender.

    Fatigue/Tiredness:

Feeling fatigued or more tired is a pregnancy symptom which can also start as early as the first week after conception.

Other Explanations: Stress, exhaustion, depression, common cold or flu, or other illnesses can also leave you feeling tired or fatigued.

    Nausea/Morning Sickness:

This well-known pregnancy symptom will often show up between 2-8 weeks after conception. Some women are fortunate to not deal with morning sickness at all, while others will feel nauseous throughout most of their pregnancy.

Other Explanations: Food poisoning, stress, or other stomach disorders can also cause you to feel queasy.

    Backaches:

Lower backaches may be a symptom that occurs early in pregnancy; however, it is common to experience a dull backache throughout an entire pregnancy.

Other Explanations: Impending menstruation, stress, other back problems, and physical or mental strains.

    Headaches:

The sudden rise of hormones in your body can cause you to have headaches early in pregnancy.

Other Explanations: Dehydration, caffeine withdrawal, impending menstruation, eye strain, or other ailments can be the source of frequent or chronic headaches.

    Frequent Urination:

Around 6-8 weeks after conception, you may find yourself making a few extra trips to the bathroom.

Other Explanations: Urinary tract infection, diabetes, increasing liquid intake, or taking excessive diuretics.

    Darkening of Areolas:

If you are pregnant, the skin around your nipples may get darker.

Other Explanations: Hormonal imbalance unrelated to pregnancy or may be a leftover effect from a previous pregnancy.

    Food Cravings:

While you may not have a strong desire to eat pickles and ice cream, many women will feel cravings for certain foods when they are pregnant. This can last throughout your entire pregnancy.

Other Explanations: Poor diet, lack of a certain nutrient, stress, depression, or impending menstruation.
