I want to make healthy cookies and sell them at a local coffee shop. What kind would you like?

They are all oatmeal and applesauce (instead of fat) based - not too sweet, I let the fruit or added stuff add the sweetness. "they dont taste healthy" (ive been told by a picky, chocoholic) Ive made Cherry Pecan (my fav), and Cherry Coconut Pecan & Date Pecan (my friend loves these). Please give me tasty ideas for sweet combinations - I know what I like and its not usually what everyone else likes.

I'm more of a health food person as well. Here are my ideas:

    1. Low-fat Granola Cookies mixed with a variety of fruits and nuts

    2. Pecan, Peach, and Honey

    3. Mango, Almond, and Maple

    4. Coconut, Cashew, and Apple

    5. Apple, Raisin, and Granola

I'm just basically mixing fruits and nuts together with a side of healthy sweeteners and carbs.

Pumpkin pie cookies are fabulous. I always sub apple sauce for sugar.
