im not crazy. i just want to know others thoughts. i cant eat something unhealthy without feeling

guilty STRAIGHT afterwards. Then ill wait till i get home ( i live by myself for 3 weeks of a month) hell binge on food then throw up. i dont know why i do it. i tell myself dont make yourself do it. but its like my body just does it automatically.

i mean. healthy food. my body lets me keep down and i dont feel sick

but anything sweet or deepfried i just want to walk to the nearest sink and throw up.

im not one of those girls im happy with my body..

i know i need help. but its so stupid

i shouldnt need help.. i want to be strong enough to stop myself doing it.

plus. how much damage can it be doing.. like. im getting rid of the bad stuff.. stopping my body having it?

This sounds like orthorexia; it isn't gaining weight that scares you, but the consuming of junk/unhealthy foods.

Sufferers of orthorexia often display symptoms consistent with obsessive-compulsive disorder and have an exaggerated concern with healthy eating patterns.

Diagnostic questions you may ask yourself are:

"Do you care more about the virtue of what you eat than the pleasure you receive from eating it?...

"Does your diet socially isolate you?"

"Do you spend more than 3 hours a day thinking about healthy foods?"

Do some research on the topic and see a doctor, as making yourself vomit is a psychological problem that they will want to advise you on before you develop bulimia.

    Good luck x

Just stop. It's as simple as that. Be strong and don't overcomplicate it. You already know what you need to do, so just do it.

If you want to read a really great book that can further direct you on standing firm and healthy habits, go to your local library and check out "Awaken The Giant Within" by Anthony Robins.

You can do anything you set your mind to. Envision the way you want to look and see junk food as the enemy who is laughing at you and making you fail. You have the power to control your own body so use it to your advantage.

    Best :)

Vomiting on a regular basis like this brings up a lot of stomach acid. This acid burns holes in the mouth and throat- it's very dangerous and unhealthy for your body. It can also cause stomach ulcers.

It's great that you have recognised that you have a problem, you can either just eat food that doesn't make you feel sick and stick to the things you consider healthy, or go to your doctor and tell them that you want help for your eating disorder. You will probably be referred to a counsellor who will be able to help you.

Good luck, and please stop making yourself sick!

Sounds like you have bullemia. Type it in to google and read about it. It is not a healthy way to

be because constant vomitting damages the body. Best to go see your doctor for help. You are not crazy eating disorders are common.

Maybe just stick to a healthy diet. Either that or get professional help. Eating disorders are a disease that sometimes you can't help on your own. It IS doing damage to your body AND your teeth!! Everytime you throw up, bile is coming up and it will destroy your teeth faster than anything else you take in.
