    Individual income tax

Thailand adopts a rising scale taxation system on annual income earned (less permitted deductibles), as follows:

    0-99,999 Baht: 0%

    100,000 - 499,999 Baht: 10%

    500,000 - 999,999 Baht: 20%

    1,000,000 - 3,999,999 Baht: 30%

    4,000,000 + Baht: 37%

    Individual social security tax

A social security tax of 5% on earnings, to a maximum of Baht 750 per month, is deducted.

If I assume you are not from Romania - then I might need to know - - -

An expat from what country? - contact the consulate from wherever you are from or a good accountant from your hiome village -

I was going to list the tax rates from every country in the world but that would probably be mostly useless information -

    Source(s): an increasingly cranky spanky
