How would you change a percent for nutritional value...?

The title isn't very clear, I didn't know how to phrase it shortly.

Ok: so, on the nutrition facts, the percents are for a 2000 cal diet. I don't eat 2000 csls in a day, I have about a 1500 cal diet. How would I change the percents? Also, how would the percents be for 3000? 1000? 500(yes I kno this is unhealthy, I'm not at all going to try this I'm just trying to get a clearer picture)?

Here are the recommended daily values:

Nutrient Unit of Measure Daily Values

    Total Fat grams (g) 65

Saturated fatty acids grams (g) 20

    Cholesterol milligrams (mg) 300

    Sodium milligrams (mg) 2400

    Potassium milligrams (mg) 3500

    Total carbohydrate grams (g) 300

    Fiber grams (g) 25

    Protein grams (g) 50

Nutrient Unit of Measure Daily Values

Vitamin A International Unit (IU) 5000

    Vitamin C milligrams (mg) 60

    Calcium milligrams (mg) 1000

    Iron milligrams (mg) 18

Vitamin D International Unit (IU) 400

Vitamin E International Unit (IU) 30

    Vitamin K micrograms (µg) 80

    Thiamin milligrams (mg) 1.5

    Riboflavin milligrams (mg) 1.7

    Niacin milligrams (mg) 20

    Vitamin B6 milligrams (mg) 2.0

    Folate micrograms (µg) 400

    Vitamin B12 micrograms (µg) 6.0

    Biotin micrograms (µg) 300

    Pantothenic acid milligrams (mg) 10

    Phosphorus milligrams (mg) 1000

    Iodine micrograms (µg) 150

    Magnesium milligrams (mg) 400

    Zinc milligrams (mg) 15

    Selenium micrograms (µg) 70

    Copper milligrams (mg) 2.0

    Manganese milligrams (mg) 2.0

    Chromium micrograms (µg) 120

    Molybdenum micrograms (µg) 75

    Chloride milligrams (mg) 3400

So what you would do, for a 3000 calorie diet is that you would INCREASE each of these amounts by 3000/2000 = 1.5

So for total fat which is 65 Grams per day, for a 3000 calorie diet then:

    65 x 1.5 = 87.5 Grams of fat

Likewise, if you are on a 1500 calorie a day diet, then you would reverse this and use

1500/2000 and multiply it by the 65 grams

    1500/2000 x 65 = 48.75 Grams of Fat

Its just a ratio proportion you see, very SIMPLE!

Now, if you know what a spreadsheet is, you can do this very quickly. Copy the values above into a spreadsheet, set it up with the different proportions you want and VOILA! You have it.

Ps - I am a food technologist who has been doing nutritional labeling for thousands of products for the last 15 years, among many other things I do, like develop new food products and do the formulation work behind them.

They positioned the foodstuff in question with the aid of a dehydrator to eliminate the water (which has 0 nutritional consequence anyhow), and then do distinctive tests on it. (i'm not somewhat helpful how this works for beverages, yet you get the belief.) energy, case in point, is a level of capability required to advance the temperature of a fastened volume of water via one degree. The others are simple chemical tests to discover the presence of an merchandise and how lots of it there is.
