if the reaction is first order with respect to h2o2 and there are no other reactants your rate equation will be:
Rate = k[h202]
If you want to work out the rate all you need to do it plug in your values:
Rate = 3.66 x 10^-3 x 2.25 M = 8.235 x 10^3 is your rate
